From the bag in your hand to a dialed-in brew on your Aiden.
Describe your coffee and get a brewer-validated profile in seconds, sent to your Fellow Aiden in one click.
Tell us how it tasted and we tune the next one, and your settings keep up as the beans age.
Everyone else hands you numbers; we own the whole loop.
Set the roast date once and the recipe on your Aiden keeps up by itself as the bag ages: a bigger bloom while it degasses, a touch more heat once it's rested, every change pushed to the brewer for you.
Pick the days and time and your Aiden brews on its own, down to how much coffee to load the night before. With AutoPilot on, the morning cup is always the freshest, latest dial-in.

What is Fellow Aiden Profiler?
Fellow Aiden Profiler is a free, community-built library of brew profiles for the
Fellow Aiden coffee maker. Every coffee in the catalog carries recipes tuned to the
bean itself: origin, process and roast level shape the water temperature, bloom and
pulse structure of each profile.
Snap a photo of a coffee bag and the label is read for you, turned into a
brewer-validated Aiden brew profile in seconds. Send it to your machine in one click,
brew it, then say how it tasted. Your feedback dials in the next brew, and the
community's best recipes rise to the top of the catalog.
Profiles work with any grinder. Grind size is stored in microns and translated to
your own dial, whether you grind with a Fellow Ode, an Opus or one of the 200+ other
models in the grinder catalog.
